Our collections are released as limited preorders to reduce overproduction and allow for thoughtful curation.

  • This timeline includes production, quality checking, and international shipping to our Singapore fulfilment hub.
  • Once your order arrives, it will be dispatched to you within 1-2 working days.

Please note: Timelines are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Shipping is included in the product price.
  • Local delivery within Singapore takes approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the nature of preorder items:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
  • Please review your order carefully before checkout.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items undergo quality checks prior to shipping.

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items received

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size or fit preference
  • Colour variation due to lighting or screen settings
